Implants
This patient came in with two old unrestorable and unattractive crowns in the center. After the removal of the teeth and grafting, two implants were placed. You can see the dramatic improvement. Note: the middle photo shows the patient in his esthetic temporaries.
This patient's old bridge was putting too much stress on the supporting teeth. Rather than making an even longer bridge to help reduce the stress. The bridge was removed, an implant was placed after grafting, and single crowns we made. Look at pictures below. Which mouth looks the healthiest?
